Programme duration: Two-years
Starting salary: £24,196 with a potential earnings capability c. £50k as an established Craftsperson.

Our Craftsperson training programme will provide a great mix of practical experience and on-the-job training and support you through a formal qualification as defined in the national Craftsperson Apprenticeship standard. All this will build on the skills you already have and fine-tune them for your onward career as a fully qualified Power Network Craftsperson.
Relevant experience (minimum 4 years) working within any of the following industry-related fields will be considered:
- Domestic or Commercial Electricians
- Electrical Fitter / Technician
- Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Electrician's Mate
- Rail Electrical Craftsperson
- Utility Tradesperson
- Armed Forces - Communications
As part of the selection process, you will need to complete an online application form, participate in a practical assessment centre, and attend an interview. Start date is 28 April 2025.
